Materials and collections
Images and information come from the Andaman City Sales Kit supplied by the client: the English 2026 brochure, project descriptions, original renderings and Atrium layout album.
The brochure presents Andaman Riviera, Boutique Residences I, Boutique Residences II and Atrium. The selected floor plans and interior image on this site belong to Atrium. A feature or commercial arrangement for one collection must not be assumed to apply to all of them.

What the images show
Architecture and interiors are project renderings. The master plan is a supplied marketing illustration. They do not establish present construction status, measured boundaries, guaranteed views or current access. Day and evening scenes may show different viewpoints.
Conflicting and unverified information
The supplied descriptions contain different completion dates and inconsistent unit counts. This guide omits those figures, along with investment returns, payback periods, live prices and availability. Confirm current details with dated documents for the exact collection and unit.
Design and typography
This independent site adapts the previously developed Rich Group property-site design. All property imagery has been replaced with Andaman materials. Bodoni Moda and Pinyon Script are supplied under the SIL Open Font License; licences are included. The circular navigation ornament and A icon are interface graphics, not official project logos.

Online enquiry delivery is not connected. Contact the Rich Group team directly by telephone or email. This site does not send or store form submissions and has no external analytics. Approved privacy and consent documents and verified CRM delivery are required before online collection is enabled.
