Choosing a
Andaman City residence

Use the Andaman City sales kit and selected Atrium plans to build a shortlist, then check the specific residence against current project documents. This guide helps you prepare a focused conversation with the Rich Group agency team.

01

Start with how you will use the home

A single open room and separate bedrooms support different routines. Think about sleeping, calls, guests and storage before comparing total area. The three examples below come from the supplied brochure; they do not describe every residence in the project.

  • Will someone need a separate room while another person is working or resting?
  • Where would your desk, luggage and everyday storage fit?
  • Which dimensions would you need to check on a current, scaled plan?

Compare Andaman City floor plans

Areas below are selected examples from the supplied brochure. Compare room separation and the plan itself; the examples do not confirm current availability.

For a specific unit, request its floor, orientation, current specification, area breakdown and dated offer. The sample plans alone cannot establish these details.

Move from a brochure type to a specific unit

A brochure layout is an illustration of a type. A decision about an individual home needs the current unit plan, its floor and orientation, and a clear specification. Keep the document date and unit reference together so you compare the same residence across different materials.

  • What is the unit reference, floor and orientation?
  • How is the stated area divided between indoor and outdoor space?
  • Which finishes, equipment and furniture are included in the current specification?
03

Use a visit to answer questions a rendering cannot

Renderings communicate architecture and atmosphere. They do not show current construction progress, the actual view from a particular floor, access conditions or everyday noise. Ask which parts can be inspected and distinguish a show residence from the unit under discussion.

  • Can the proposed location and access route be visited?
  • Which amenities are planned and which can already be seen?
  • Is the illustrated view relevant to this exact floor and orientation?

Ask for one dated, itemised proposal

This site does not display an independently verified current price list or inventory. For any residence you consider, request a proposal that identifies the unit and separates its specification from illustrative marketing materials. Have the relevant professionals review the documents before making a commitment.

  • Does the proposal identify the exact unit and the date it was issued?
  • What is included in the quoted amount, and what costs are listed separately?
  • Which documents confirm the current specification, availability and project timetable?
