Andaman City collections
Andaman City is the umbrella name used in the supplied sales kit for four residential collections in Bang Tao, Phuket. Understanding the collection is the first step to comparing a residence: one building’s layout, facilities or purchase terms should not be assumed to apply to another.
Riviera, Boutique and Atrium
The English 2026 sales materials name Andaman Riviera, Andaman Boutique Residences I, Andaman Boutique Residences II and Atrium Andaman City. They are presented within one wider project concept, but should be checked separately when requesting specifications and a dated offer.
- Andaman Riviera: identify the exact building and unit in the offer. Do not transfer its operating arrangements to the other collections.
- Boutique Residences I: request the collection’s own floor plan, area breakdown and list of included facilities.
- Boutique Residences II: confirm that documents explicitly name this collection, rather than relying on another Boutique phase’s specifications.
- Atrium: the three plan examples and interior rendering shown on this website come from the supplied Atrium album.
